We are in the production laboratory of Azienda Montana Il Baggiolo, which takes its name precisely from the equivalent of blueberry in the Emilian dialect. Their flagship product is, precisely, blueberry jam. They are picked near the woods above, along paths that lead to discover the wonders of nature.
