Catinari
This company is located in Agliana, a few kilometers from the capital Pistoia. Roberto Catinari was the forerunner in this field: in fact, after 20 years of experience gained in Switzerland, in 1974 he was the first master chocolatier of a certain prestige to operate in Tuscany. Famous pralines of various shapes and flavors, that according to its creator’s point of view, they should be shown: hence the transparent packaging called “Cube”
La Molina
Also in the province of Pistoia, we find a chocolate company that meticulously takes care of its colorful and original packaging. Tasty and mouth-watering, La Molina’s chocolate always comes in packaging with particularly inspired graphics, keeping true to their slogan: chocolate is eaten “with the eyes and with the mouth“
Amedei
In the Pisa countryside, near Pontedera, stands the Amedei chocolate factory, nestled in the surrounding greenery. Here they produce fine goodies, made by artisanal methods, transforming cocoa beans into true works of art. Amedei has spread the culture of quality chocolate to a region where, until not so many years ago, other food and wine products were best known. If today in Tuscany we speak of Chocolate Valley, it is also due to the contribution of this splendid reality
